Dream jobs don't exist.™

When I started this business, I wanted to help people find their “dream job” and quickly realized there’s no such thing.

We spend almost 100,000 hours of our lives working, yet 85% of workers feel disengaged. At the same time, economic inequality continues to widen, preventing even the most ambitious of people from having access to the systemic resources and equity they need to truly thrive.

So…spending that many hours doing something that drains you and doesn’t enhance your quality of life…doesn’t really feel like a dream, does it?

What if we’ve been chasing all the wrong things, and it’s never been about the job title, the paycheck & the stuff you can buy with it, but using our work to express who we are?

Teaching others how to design an intentional life they love is what gives me life. I’m obsessed with helping younger generations reframe their relationship with work and reclaim their rest, leisure, agency, and power in a world that tells them they’re not enough.

Dismantling hustle culture and changing the future of work? Starts with learning how to advocate for ourselves.

Meet Danielle

Anti-Career Coach™ &
your millennial BFF

I didn’t always have my sh*t together. I used to be a people-pleasing perfectionist and workaholic.

That started to change in 2013, when I found myself sitting on the floor of a hospital waiting room, laptop open and working, while my mom slowly died from cancer a few doors down. Three days of bereavement leave after her funeral, I found myself back at my desk. Everything in the office looked the same, but I was completely different. I thought changing jobs and being in a different environment would allow for more work-life balance and give me the peace I was desperate to find in my mom’s absence, only to feel a looming sense of dread a short while later.

Once I got laid off from my corporate job in marketing during the pandemic, after spending over a decade hustling to climb the corporate ladder, I realized I had been working hard to solve the wrong problems. What started as a transition to find more balance in my own career and therapy to deal with the grief of losing my mom turned into a now decade-long deep journey of self-discovery and building the career and life I actually want.

Did we just become best friends?
